Method
Charmat. Natural second fermentation in a closed tank. After the fermentation the wine is filtered before bottling.
Bouquet
Fruity, characteristic of the Muscat grapes.
Taste
Sweet with subtle bitternsess. Intense perlage.
Matches desserts and all sorts of sweets.
Served as an aperitif.
Serve at 6 – 8°C.
