Produced on a 200 – 400-meter altitude in the area of south Piemonte in Italy.
Description
Soft light yellow colour. Honey, flowers and ripe grapes bouquet. Sweet taste with lemon and rose notes, fresh aftertaste with pleasant acidity.
Matches desserts and fruit.
Served as an aperitif.
Serve at 6 – 8°C.
